3. Supervise and guide the production process, and control the production quality, ensure the production quality, quality and material data.

4. Promote 5S and lean production management, and realize standardized management of production workshops.

5. Be responsible for performance appraisal and management of production staff, and realize reasonable allocation of human resources.

6. Promote the construction of intelligent fully automatic factories.

1. College degree or above, major in engineering.

2. Familiar with the use of ERP, MES and other management systems, familiar with the use of office software.

3. More than 3 years of production management experience in automotive electronics industry.

4. Good work quality, strong execution, good analytical judgment and communication skills.

5. Good communication and coordination ability and anti pressure ability, strong team spirit.
