1. Execute production and other affairs according to production instructions.

2. Maintain work discipline, organize and coordinate the team members to complete the current production tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed.

3. Formulate product process schedule, maintain the coordination and unity of production process frequency, and reasonably control personnel waste.

4. Maintain patrol inspection, timely respond to and deal with abnormal problems in the production process, and reduce material loss.

5. Train new employees to operate the process.

6. Implement the on-site 5S management of the team.

1. High school degree or above;

2. More than one year experience in manufacturing electronics factory, familiar with production related processes;

3. Be able to deal with production line abnormalities, manage 5S on site, reasonably arrange work stations for on-site personnel, and train new employees;

4. Have strong pressure resistance.

5. Able to work day and night shifts.
