1. Organize relevant departments to analyze the causes of quality problems fed back by customers and the market, formulate countermeasures, and track the handling results;
2. Lead the preparation of 8D report and timely reply to customers according to the requirements of documents or customer timeliness;
3. Follow up and check the implementation of quality complaint measures, count the closed-loop rate and submit it to the data statistics or quality center;
4. Assist the marketing department to provide users with product quality services as required (including on-site travel of customers);
5. Participate in the product quality analysis meeting according to the company's arrangement, prepare materials, and conduct statistical analysis on customer quality complaints, so as to promote systematic internal improvement;
6. Output and sort out effective LLC to avoid problems from the source;
1. College degree or above, engineering background,
2. More than 3 years of experience in handling customer complaints/market parts in the automotive electronics industry;
3. Be familiar with the customer complaint handling process and after-sales claim process of domestic OEMs, and have good reporting ability;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good logical analysis ability and communication ability, good coordination ability and flexible behavior;
5. Good English reading and writing skills;
