1. According to the product development plan, the test plan can be formulated, and the R&D can be facilitated, and the project department can review it;

2. Be responsible for developing test process and evaluation of test plan, building test environment, executing test cases, and verifying test projects;

3. Be responsible for formulating test requirements, requirements analysis, establishing test specifications, and DFT review of new projects;

4. Be responsible for improving test efficiency and pass through rate, and continuously optimize test compliance;

5. Responsible for PCBA online burning, chip burning program planning and daily maintenance;

6. Be responsible for tracking test problems and promoting the R&D department to improve;

7. Be responsible for the evaluation and import of test equipment, and follow up the improvement of test equipment problems;

8. Be responsible for testing tooling demand evaluation, design scheme review and production progress follow-up;

9. Be responsible for the support of production line testing technology, analysis and positioning of defective boards, and exception handling to ensure the normal operation of production;

10. Be responsible for establishing the production specification, spot check table and calibration specification of the testing machine;

11. Be responsible for the management and calibration of test instruments and equipment;

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in electronics, communication, computer and other related fields, with more than 5 years of working experience in auto parts related industries;

2. Familiar with PCBA process flow, automotive electronics, R&D process and testing process, able to understand circuit schematic diagram;

3. Familiar with industry specifications, relevant test specifications and laws and regulations at home and abroad;

4. Familiar with TPM, quality method, PDCA and other analysis methods, familiar with the on-board system IATF16949, German automotive system;

5. Strong hands-on ability, proactive work, strong analytical and logical thinking and expression ability, good cooperation and teamwork spirit.

6. Good English reading and spelling skills, able to read English documents and customer needs independently;
