3. Plan and organize special quality activities in the company's technology field, and improve the quality ability in the R&D field;

4. Establish R&D quality management system with top management experts in the industry.

1. Major in science and engineering or management, bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of quality management experience;

2. Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 and other quality management system requirements, proficient in APQP and other quality management tools;

3. Familiar with R&D product development process and R&D quality management methods;

4. The objectives are clear and tenacious, principled and logical, and have good communication, coordination and promotion capabilities.
