1. Be responsible for customer testing needs analysis of the car factory, and establish customer certification standards;

2. Formulate the overall product test plan and test plan, plan the test environment, organize the test implementation and complete it on schedule;

3. Review major production and market problems, analyze root causes and formulate countermeasures;

4. Regularly sort out various project data, organize product stage quality assessment and provide risk assessment.

1. Major in science and engineering or management, bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of quality work experience in vehicle electronic product projects;

2. Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 and other quality management system requirements, proficient in APQP and other quality management tools;

3. Familiar with R&D product development process and R&D quality management methods;

4. Clear and tenacious goals, strong principles, good communication, coordination and promotion ability.
