In December 2019, NXP officially upgraded its cooperation level with Shenzhen Chengtech Technology from a silver partner to a gold partner. So far, Shenzhen Chengtech Technology has become a gold medal partner of the international giant NXP Semiconductor (NXP) with AEC (core engineering service provider) qualification in China's radar.

In the past 2019, Chengtech Technology has made a series of technological breakthroughs in its 77G radar products based on NXP scheme:

·Benchmarking imported radar benchmarking products, it has achieved excellent performance of vehicle detection over 200m and pedestrian detection over 100m, and achieved high precision and high resolution, which can stably track up to 128 targets;

·The AEB application based on Radar Only has actually been tested for more than 300000 kilometers. At present, it can achieve zero false braking and zero false alarm within 100 kilometers in a row under complex multi scenarios;

·MIMO and super resolution algorithm are adopted, and pitch angle measurement is supported at the same time, meeting all kinds of applications at L0~L4 level;

·The fish eye crimping and laser welding process are adopted to meet the requirements of fully automatic production, with smaller volume, higher reliability and better cost.

·It is integrated with the domestic vision system and has passed the GB/T 33577 regulatory certification. It is the first domestic radar to pass this certification.

In terms of the market, in the face of strict audit standards and quality requirements of major OEMs and industrial customers, Chengtech Technology, with its strong technical strength and supply chain capabilities, will become the leading brand in terms of millimeter wave radar shipments of NXP solutions in China in 2019, and is expected to become the fastest growing brand in terms of millimeter wave radar shipments in the Asia Pacific region in 2020.
