This month, several mainstream passenger car OEMs equipped with Chengtech Technology's 77G angle radar CTMRR-400 will start mass production, and Chengtech Technology has also taken another solid step in the passenger car millimeter wave radar market.

At the same time, thanks to the recognition of commercial vehicle OEMs and the trust of partners, Chengtech Technology has continued to expand its market share in the millimeter wave radar market for commercial vehicles, and has successively obtained a number of designated new models for mass production and shipment. The shipment volume has grown steadily and rapidly, laying a foundation for the company's business goals in 2021.

The fifth generation radar has achieved mass production, and the sixth generation radar is ready to launch

Chengtech domestic fifth generation millimeter wave radar (including front radar and angle radar) began to enter mass production this month. As the company's new generation flagship product, through a series of design innovation, RF/chip/algorithm optimization, process/manufacturing/quality control improvement and other measures, the performance, function and reliability have been greatly improved, while the cost has been further optimized, which has been highly recognized by many new and old customers, and has begun to enter the batch import stage.

According to the company's platform development strategy: mass production generation, development generation and pre research generation. While the fifth generation radar has entered mass production, the new generation of 4D imaging radar (based on S32R294+dual TEF82xx cascade scheme) has also entered the development stage. The new generation of 4D imaging radar is based on the pre developed 4D imaging products developed by Chengtech Technology in 2019 using the Zynq7020+dual CAL77A2T4R cascade scheme. It has higher resolution in range, speed and azimuth (horizontal and elevation) identification, can process and transmit 4D imaging data in real time, and can track and identify targets in various complex interference scenarios. In Q3 of 2021, test prototypes will be launched and delivered to core customers for evaluation and testing, and mass production will be achieved in Q1 of 2022.

Opening up and cooperation, making rapid progress in stability

In the face of chip shortage in the world this year and supply failure of peers, Chengtech Technology bucked the trend and made rapid progress in stable delivery, demonstrating a strong supply guarantee capability. We work hand in hand with upstream suppliers, agents and partners to prepare a large amount of inventory in advance to ensure parity and adequate supply, and fully protect customer demand.

In response to the urgent needs of a large number of new customers, we have set up an emergency command group, and mobilized relevant members of the company's teams to set up a project support team to work overtime, day and night, so as to minimize the risk and loss of customer shutdown.

At the same time, the newly expanded fully automatic production line has been successfully completed, realizing flexible switching manufacturing of multiple products, and the new fifth generation radar can be fully automated and unmanned production. The production operation is more orderly, which greatly ensures the production capacity, quality, yield and efficiency.
