The year 2020 is destined to be an extraordinary year. From the epidemic at the beginning of the year, which led to the delay of laws and regulations, to the slow recovery in the middle of the year, to the end of the year, when the collective chips of the whole industry were out of stock, it is a great test for any domestic automotive electronics enterprise.

Under such difficulties and obstacles, all members of Chengtech Science and Technology have worked together to overcome various difficulties and challenges, completed one after another arduous tasks and milestones, and still ushered in rapid business growth.

As of December 20, Chengtech Technology had achieved contract sales of 94.966847 million yuan in 2020. With the signing of more than 8500 PCS CTLRR-320 forward radar orders planned to be completed by the end of this month, the total contract sales for the year was close to 100 million yuan, exceeding the annual business target.

Looking back on 2020, work together

On the business side, Chengtech Technology has fully entered the vision of leading OEM/main engine manufacturers, autopilot manufacturers, Tier1, vision/domain control/AEB manufacturers, millimeter wave radar chips/PCB/materials and other core upstream suppliers in the industry by virtue of its large-scale delivery capability of domestically made millimeter wave radars with leading performance, excellent quality and impressive prices, and has built a vertical and horizontal three-dimensional network and continuously broadened and established new connections, Provide a fast track for more high-quality products and services in the future.

At the product and R&D end, Chengtech Technology's platform development mode and V model development process began to demonstrate its strength. While the fourth generation radar products were delivered on a large scale, the fifth generation radar entered the mass production stage more than a year ahead of its peers, while the fifth and a half generation RV fusion products and the sixth generation 4D imaging radar entered the technology R&D sequence.

On the supply chain side, due to the scientific and reasonable Forecast+Order+Safety Stock forecast management method, 100% timely delivery of orders was achieved under the condition of almost zero inventory of raw materials and finished products. In terms of capacity construction, we continued to put new semi-automatic lines into production on the basis of optimizing the original manual lines of Shenzhen factory. By April next year, the new production line will be completed. The comprehensive capacity will reach the scale of one million radars per year, and the pass through rate will reach above 99.5%. At the same time, because Chengtech Company actively and deeply participated in the early basic technology/material process research and development and cost optimization of upstream suppliers, it has the best raw material cost and supply quota in the industry, becoming the core competitiveness supporting products and businesses.

OKR goal clarification+Context online collaboration+PMS incentive were carried out in an all-round way, CRM+ERP+MES system construction was improved and began to guide the company's business analysis planning and decision-making, and DuPont formula was expanded to help improve the enterprise's ROE capability.

The capital turnover rate of Chengtech Technology is expected to be around 3 in 2020, and the goal of 2021 is to achieve more than 4. There is also an information security+disaster recovery backup system to protect the company's core assets. In terms of cash flow preparation, the company has completed the A+round of financing this year (click for details), and the B round of financing that is being launched is expected to be completed in the first half of next year. At the same time, several major banks and local governments are also actively providing Chengtai with various resources and help to jointly prepare for the business goal of 250 million next year.
